Social Media Post for Friday Night.

I am so excited – As some of you may know, and many other may not, I have decided it is time to step up and write my first book.

I am currently at The Ultimate 48 Hour Author Retreat on The Mornington Peninsula and by this time on Sunday I will have completed my book.
Just a few minutes ago the hosts running this event issued us all a challenge. And I need your help to win
We are seeing who can sell the most books by the end of the weekend, which is so exciting and a bit scary at the same time.

My book is called Cycle of Life – A Gold Medal Paralympian’s Secrets to Success”.  I wrote this book because I have always seemed to be able to overcome challenges. It hasn’t been easy but I have worked out ways to accept that change happens, get through the difficulties, find the courage to change, learn how to grow through the changes and have powerful belief in myself. At times I couldn’t understand why everyone wasn’t the same, why people were so scared of change?

I hope that when you read my thoughts and strategies told through stories in my life that you will understand that you don’t have to be scared of change. That even what we perceive as bad change can eventually have amazing and wonderful outcomes. Even if you have no change happening in your life after reading my book you may look to get over your fear of trying something new. Take the plunge, challenge yourself and you may actually find a new you, one who is brave and fearless, ready to take on anything the world has to throw at you.

My book will be back from the publishers towards the end of April and will sell for $29.95, yet I have decided to offer it for sale at a pre-release price of $19.95 plus $5 postage Australia wide.
